I embarked on my academic journey at Athens University of Economics and Business, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. It was during this time that I discovered a profound interest in the Financial Services sector, leading me to pursue advanced studies in Finance at the Antwerp Management School in Belgium, where I completed my Master’s degree.

My professional career began with IBM Hellas as a Product Consultant, where I was tasked with collaborating on a pivotal project with the National Bank of Greece (NBG). This role involved rigorous functionality testing of a novel core banking application developed by IBM for NBG. The position presented complex challenges, providing me with valuable insights into banking systems and reinforcing my commitment to the financial industry.

Driven by a desire to deepen my expertise, I transitioned to Goldman Sachs (GS), where I have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of a high-pressure, competitive environment. The initial three years at Goldman Sachs have been defined by exceptional milestones, including two significant promotions. Progressing from Analyst to Associate, and subsequently to Executive Director, has been a reflection of my perseverance and outstanding performance in a highly demanding environment.

In my current role at Goldman Sachs, I have taken on a range of critical responsibilities, including:

• Reviewing and Authorizing Reports: Overseeing and approving business-as-usual reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Leading Key Projects: Spearheading important initiatives, driving them to successful completion while managing resources and timelines
• Mentoring and Training: Guiding junior team members, setting clear objectives, and ensuring adherence to stringent deadlines
• Enhancing Processes: Utilizing Python and Tableau to automate processes and improve efficiency
